Covid-19 Update

We are continually monitoring the coronavirus situation, and if we feel it is not safe to hold the Rangeley Birding Festival, we will let all registrants know by MAY 1.

If canceled, we will notify participants by email and RLHT's website. Because RBF is still over 2 months away, we are hoping the virus outbreak will diminish such that we can safely carry on with the festival. But if we feel it is not safe, we will make a final decision by May 1 to allow registrants to adjust travel plans.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

EcoVenture does not refund tuition for cancellations due to missed buses, forgotten registrations, incorrect scheduling, minor illnesses, behavioral problems or ‘no shows”.
