Junior R.A.S.T.A. Riders
NEW in 2019! A youth mountain biking group brought to you by RLHT and the Rangeley Area Single Track Advocates (R.A.S.T.A.) in the Rangeley Lakes Region of Maine meeting Thursday evenings from 6 - 7:30 PM, June through September. We ride at the Rangeley Lakes Trails Center or on one of the RLHT's conservation properties in the region.
Our rides are fun, safe, open and free to everyone. Children will be grouped by skill level. Our Ride Leaders will focus on skill development, leadership skills, and team building. Every participant is required to wear a helmet and should bring ample water for the ride (at least 24 oz).
Registration MUST be completed prior to meeting us at the trailhead.
Fill out this registration form. If you have multiple children, you will need to complete this form for EACH child.
If your child is prescribed an auto-inhaler or an auto-injector (epi-pen) you must also complete this form: Epinephrine Auto-Injector or Asthma Inhaler Form. They must carry two of their prescription while on the rides.
Join our Facebook group Junior R.A.S.T.A. Riders for information on weekly rides. Until then, stop by AJ's Fat Bikes for all your biking needs or RLHT for trail information.
Adults! Want to ride too?
Join us! You are welcome on the rides, too! Grab a helmet, complete the registration and we'll see you at the trailhead!
We are looking for volunteer Ride Leaders! If that's not for you, check out AJ's Fat Bikes and R.A.S.T.A.'s Dirt Church on Sunday mornings at 9 AM sharp. Stop by the shop to learn more.
Want to get involved in trail development in the Rangeley Region? Thank you! Join the Rangeley Area Single Track Advocates (R.A.S.T.A.) on Facebook.
